Michaela Waldram-Jones is a freelance producer and arts management consultant who specialises in diverse work exploring stories from different cultures to help promote wider cultural understanding.  She is a former Associate Producer of Afrovibes festival for UK Arts International.

A qualified Marketer, and founder Board Member of the Arts Marketing Association, Michaela is passionate about audiences and creating meaningful experiences for them.

Michaela spent 8 years working as Theatre Officer for the Arts Council East Midlands, initially as a Development Officer tasked with working to support independent artists.

In 2006 she formed Big Creative Ideas  with Director Steven Luckie. BCI is a company committed to producing Black work to tour nationally.  We toured BOOTY CALL by Segun Lee French and AT THE GATES OF GAZA by Juliet Gilkes Romero (winner of the Best Theatre Play 2009 Writers Guild of GB)
